Disney has already turned a profit on Cinderella as it was produced for $95 million. There is more to come from Disney with an Alice in Wonderland sequel and live-action takes on The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, and Dumbo in the works. Disney is well poised to retain its leadership in licensed merchandise.
