But Sanrio says Hello Kitty is an English third grade girl named Kitty White as explained in Hello Kitty Is Not a Cat; Can We Live in Such a World?. In fact, Hello Kitty has her own pet cat named Charmmy Kitty. I'm like the grandfather in the movie Moonstruck, I'm Confused.
